Oksana Isakharov is a psychotherapist specializing in individual and couples therapy. Oksana focuses on helping individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths with curiosity and interest. Oksana’s approach to individual therapy is based in psychodynamic theory. She helps her clients find more meaning and fulfillment in their lives through helping them better understand who they are as individuals. This understanding leads them to finding more meaning in their moments and ultimately, more fulfilling days (and nights).

Her Behavioral Parent Training expertise helps parents who are looking to help lessen their child’s disruptive/uncontrollable behavior and to increase a positive family atmosphere. Oksana conducts these workshops using an evidence based approach where she works collaboratively with parents. These workshops allow for positive changes in both parents and children.

Oksana earned a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University and holds a post graduate certificate in Behavioral Parent Training (BPT). She will be conducting groups for parents in the near future.
